Britt's Carmel Corn

1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup karo syrup

Boil to a soft ball take off stove then add 1/2 can
sweetened condensed milk, and put back on stove and
boil until a soft ball, then add 1/2 tsp vanilla
pour over large bowl of popped corn and stir. (about 15 cups)
