Brittany's Cranberry Salsa

I have to give credit to my niece Brittany for this one...and it's a hit!!!
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Combine cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade. Chop to medium consistency. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve at room temperature.

Shay...please put this in the salsa section..or tell me how lol....love you!

Don't worry, I got ya covered ;)

This one is "interestingly attractive". Seriously, at first it's weird, yet addicting. In the end, I really liked the cilantro zing with the sweet cranberry! It's an original and a new favorite.

Brittany tells me she has a watermellon salsa that is even better! She's promised to send it
