Bruschetta

Thanks to Rachel Truscott for this wonderful recipe!

7 Tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
6-8 fresh or 3/4 TBSP dried basil leaves
Toasted French Bread, sliced

Combine in a bowl. Chill for a couple hours to soak in flavors. Place a spoonful on each piece of french bread and serve.
